Sandy Shores filtration project went out to bid in the paper yesterday and will run for two weeks, and on July 16th G&O and Dockton Water will open up the submitted bids and we will pick our contractor.
New engineer
Ben from Dahle Engineering sent me his scope of work for updating our small water system plan a long with his contract, i will present after the annual meeting tomorrow.
Annual Meeting
Todd, Bob Hawkins x board member and my self made a dry run with zoom yesterday and worked the foreseeable kinks out of the zoom room for tomorrows meeting.
Hooper is of course in-charge of the meeting, i will be the host as i have been for the board meetings that means i have the control’s being able to turn people off, allow them to enter and so on. Bob will be the co-host so he will have the same capabilities thus helping with making sure that everyone gets in on time and people get recognized when they raise their hand as everyone will be muted on entry and will be unmuted when they raise their hand, this way it will keep things orderly, not confusing on the screen and for the recording as well.

On Tuesday morning i received a phone call from lower Sandy Shores informing me that water was gushing from the side of the road, upon inspection it was a main break in the same spot as the last break six months ago.
