Meetings of the Shareholders
The shareholders generally meet once each year at the DWA Office on a Saturday morning in June at 10:00 AM to listen to reports from the existing board, to conduct any business that might be appropriate, and to elect members of the board for the coming year. These meetings are open to the public and all are encouraged to attend.

The Board of Directors generally meets once each month at the DWA office on the 4th Saturday of the month at 10:00 AM. These meetings are open to the public and typically involve reports from the standing committees and discussions about any ongoing projects. There is no meeting in December. The June meeting is held directly following the annual Shareholder Meeting.
