Membership Reimbursement Fee (AKA “Buyback Price”): $10,000 (subject to the Waiting List policy.)
Monthly Base Rate, Residential: $37/share
Monthly Base Rate, non-Residential: $74/share
Water Usage: $.03/cubic foot
Monthly Capital Charge: $17/share
Late Fee, charged monthly: 2% on amounts overdue, charged monthly
