Small water system plan.
Docktons small water system plan has been in the prosses of being updated for two and a half years. This is a major governing document. It helps decide water main replacement projects (when and where) water rate hikes based on current income and future project cost water availability for future growth based on current supply and demand and tones of other information it is a very complex document! Having this document approved by the Health Department keeps us incompliance helps us manage D.W.A and is the top requirement by the Federal Government when applying for grants. This is required by the Washington State Department of Health for all group A water systems.
Dahle Engineering (Ben Dahle) did a great job! Along with my help and board members, we just received a letter from the Health Department notifying us that they have excepted and APPROVED our Small Water System Plan.
