Project activities update for the week ending:


10/23/2020 Site survey, retention pond, erosion controls, equipment mobilization.

10/30/2020 Retention pond grading, mobilization, site prep, foundation staking, and erosion controls underway.

11/6/2020 Pond seeded and has straw down for erosion control, foundation grade beams excavated, construction sign up, final trailer mobilization for site presence, temp driveway/gravel for mud control, and form materials being staged. COVID 19 and site safety protocols implemented. King County building inspector was to meet on 11/5 with contractor in advance of rebar install.

11/12/2020 Gravel installed and compacted, per design, for footings completed. Ready for compaction testing.

11/20/2020 Concrete forms in place. Awaiting rebar install.

12/4/2020 Footings poured, stem wall form work and rebar tie in underway. Below grade piping utility rough-in/pathway underway.

12/11/2020 Stem walls cast, ready for below slab MEP rough in and slab pour. Pond grass seed has sprouted.

12/24 Floor drains, below slab rough in completed, slab poured- awaiting filtration assembly to be placed 12/29.
12/30 Filtration assembly moved from DWA office/building up to well site and placed on slab. Building prepped for cement brick work- masons begin on 1/4/2021.

1/8/2021 Cement block install ongoing. Block and grout work to complete the week of 1/11.
1/17 Grouting up to top course completed, awaiting gable blocks and trusses set week of 1/18.

1/22 Block work/grout completed and trusses set.
1/30 Roof sheathing completed and soffits framed. Awaiting roofing.

2/6 Standing seam metal roof installation underway. Soffit board/trim installed, caulked.

2/21 Roof and gutters/down spouts complete. Interior ceiling, attic insulation complete. Wall and ceiling finish paint complete. Piping/fittings/valves to filter assembly underway.

3/7 Project has progressed into mechanical, electrical and plumbing activities.

3/19 S&B was on site for cellular signal mapping between springs and well. Below grade piping completed, system charged to test- held at 150 psi. Final concrete pour for walkways and grade rings/pads completed.
